Prologue: Source of Inspiration As a leading enterprise in the building materials and decorative industry, Team Value has created a 3,000-square-meter artistic showroom for new materials in the concept of a “Material Library”. Team Value Pan-Home Furnishing Showroom showcases the most cutting-edge and innovative products from both domestic and international markets. Here, “library” not only refers to the building’s design, but also reflects its practical management. Each new material is tagged with a unique QR code, allowing designers to scan and instantly access detailed information in the in-built system. This system, akin to a library catalog, provides designers with a highly efficient, one-stop solution for exploring and selecting the latest materials.

Embark on a journey with a family of four, a vibrant young couple with their two young children, who have recently settled in the serene embrace of Sai Kung. Their decision to relocate was propelled by a singular aspiration—to provide their children with an expansive playground nestled amidst lush greenery, a panoramic vista that fosters growth and exploration.

At Nelson Park School, inclusivity and accessibility are at the forefront of its educational environment. When the need for an accessible solution arose, Moddex stepped up to deliver an innovative, compliant, and durable solution—the Ezibilt Access Ramp.

Cambridge High School, an educational institution in New Zealand, undertook a critical infrastructure upgrade to enhance the safety and accessibility of its campus. Recognising the need for compliant safety solutions, the school focused on improving high-traffic areas, including staircases, ramps, and walkways, where the risk of accidents was higher.

Woods Bagot, a global leader in transformative architectural and designs, breathes fresh life into the historic Standard Chartered Bank's operations in Shanghai, infusing heritage with innovation. Drawing inspirations from the multifaceted character of Shanghai, the new office space salutes Standard Chartered's long-standing presence and commitment to the region, a relationship that traces its roots back to the establishment of its first China branch in Shanghai in 1858. The project recently shortlisted into the 2023 World Interiors News Awards.

BEN MOO, a local brand specializing in traditional custom woodworking in Chengdu, has been dedicated to customizing wood production for over thirty years. From its humble beginnings, it has evolved into a company with a comprehensive wood product line, never compromising on quality or respect for users. The creation of the "Chǐ (foot)" installation originated from a chance conversation between Holy He, founder of JUMGO Creative Design, and the director of BEN MOO. The director mentioned an unused outdoor space next to her current exhibition hall and envisioned a unique place for experience in the hope of creating a window display effect.
