Backer Rod Insertion Tool 640-5 Standard Model
- Adjustable for placing backer rod at any designed depth up to 25.5mm deep.
- Set foam backer rod in caulk joints quickly, at a consistent depth and without puncturing

Standard model includes 4 insertion wheels of different widths (3mm, 6mm, 9.5mm and 12.7mm wide) and 1 tamping blade

Replacement wheels available:
- 640-G02 = 3mm
- 640-G03 = 6mm
- 640-G04 = 9.5mm
- 640-G05 = 12.7mm
- 640-G18 = Tamp Blade
- 640-H15 = Thumb Screw
- 640-G11 = Main frame assembly with washers, pushnuts and 640-H21 12.7mm wheels

For setting rod deeper up to 50mm use accessory wheel 640-G20.
